The Junior Lawyers Division (“JLD”) is a community of junior lawyers based in the North East of England. We are a non-profit organisation, operating on both a national and local level. We aim to promote the interests of our members and develop relationships across the legal community.

 

Our mission is to connect, support, and inspire early-career legal professionals as they navigate the challenges and opportunities of the profession. We regularly host a wide range of social gatherings, educational workshops, networking events, and career development sessions, including recruitment talks and skills-based seminars.

 

Many of our events are generously sponsored by local firms and organisations, making them free or heavily discounted for members.
